To ensure the long-lasting performance and functionality of our products, we've prepared these simple usage guidelines for you
Sixinch Adria furniture and freeform objects are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They can be stored and operated at temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +85 °C. Failure to comply with these temperature limits may result in loss of the furniture’s properties and quality.
The maximum load per seating place is 120 kg.
Temporary crease lines may appear when the product is subjected to heavy use in public spaces or under pressure. These lines will disappear over time thanks to the continuous air circulation within the product.

Installation and dismantling must be carried out by qualified specialists, following the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.
Furniture must be placed on level surfaces. Seating and reclining furniture must stand on all legs and rest on flat, solid, and uniform surfaces to ensure proper air circulation¹. Do not place them in water, soil, sand, or similar surfaces.
When moving furniture, hold it only by the lower part and avoid dragging it across the floor.
If the furniture has built-in power elements, disconnect all cables before moving it. Avoid direct exposure to water on furniture surfaces, especially in areas with built-in equipment.
When using products as floor coverings, remove shoes or wear footwear with flat, soft soles.
During construction work, either remove the furniture from the room or ensure its protection.
Avoid contact of sharp, pointed, or cutting objects with FlexPlus-coated surfaces.
Do not exceed the permissible load and do not use the products for purposes other than intended.
¹ Technical bottom
Each FlexPlus product has an air-circulation valve. This valve allows the product to maintain its shape and original appearance for a longer period of use. It must remain open and unobstructed so that air can flow into the product without interference. Such products must not be placed in soil, water, earth, sand, etc.
For outdoor use and for rooms with high humidity (in particular, near swimming pools in fitness clubs, in saunas, etc.), a reinforced bottom with legs is required. A reinforced bottom is also mandatory for all products with integrated sockets and other electronic devices.

Use professional cleaning agents specifically designed for glass, mirrors, floors, and furniture, which are effective at removing various types of dirt. Always follow the instructions on the packaging when using these products.
Basic maintenance is recommended at least once a week.
In case of heavy contamination, the surface should be cleaned within the first 6 hours. If the contamination remains on the surface for a longer period, the risk of streaks, stains, and damage to the furniture, freeform objects products and their components increases.
It is also not recommended to leave colouring liquids (tea, coffee, energy drinks, red wine, medications, skincare and haircare products, vegetable and fruit juices, etc.) on the furniture surface for an extended period. These may cause difficult-to-remove stains.
When cleaning surfaces, the use of hard tools (stiff brushes, scrapers, sponges with plastic or metal abrasive layers), as well as abrasive powders and aggressive liquids (acids, alkalis, solvents, oils), is strictly prohibited.
Use professional cleaning agents specifically designed for glass, mirrors, floors, and furniture, which are effective at removing various types of dirt. Always follow the instructions on the packaging when using these products.

Warranty is 24 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: coating damage, creases, delamination, fading, and other deformation of the furniture and objects that occurred before the products were handed over to the customer or during operation when used in compliance with the rules.

- Expiration of the warranty period;
- Failure to comply with operating conditions;
- Presence of mechanical damage and defects, signs of unauthorised interference with the product resulting from improper use, unqualified assembly, repair, or transportation;
- Exceeding the permissible load on the product;
- Damage to the product caused by intentional or accidental actions of the consumer;
- Damage caused by pets;
- Damage resulting from foreign objects, liquids, animals, insects, etc. getting inside the product;
- Damage resulting from modifications to the product’s design;
- Improper use or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
If a product becomes deformed, in some cases it can be repaired.
Each case is reviewed individually.
To submit a repair request, please send an email to info@sixinch.si with a description of the issue and photos of the product. We will review the possible causes within 5 business days. If the photos are insufficient, the product may need to be delivered to us for a full inspection.
If the issue is confirmed as a warranty case, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If it is not covered under warranty, we will offer available solutions, including re-coating services.
